• The intent of the Michigan Bylaws is to further apply the International KonB Bylaws in such a way so as to apply them to KonB operations within the state of Michigan.

• These bylaws, in no way, are intended to supercede, negate, or contradict any aspect of the KonB International Bylaws or the Knights of Columbus policies of the state of Michigan or Supreme.
